These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "You") and Tnega.ai ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), the owner and operator of the Learn100xFaster platform ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

1.1. By registering for an account, clicking "I Agree," "I Accept," or similar buttons, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the Service, you signify your unequivocal acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective immediately upon your first use of the Service.

1.2. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In such a case, "You" and "Your" will refer to that organization.

1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

1.4. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

2.1. To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 2.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Subscription Fees: Access to certain features or content within Learn100xFaster may require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly stated on the Service's pricing page or during the subscription process. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect the price of your current subscription period.

3.2. Billing and Renewals: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), as per your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal term.

3.3. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorize us to charge all fees to your designated payment method. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the paid features of the Service.

3.4. Refunds and Cancellations: All subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until then. No pro-rata refunds will be provided for partial periods.

3.5. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or levies, which you are responsible for paying. We will add applicable taxes to the subscription fee where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. All content, algorithms, software, designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, and other materials provided through Learn100xFaster are the exclusive intellectual property of Tnega.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the Service's functionality.

4.3. Any unauthorized use of the Service's content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct and Prohibitions

5.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

6. Termination of Access

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that is harmful to the Service or other users.

6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

6.3. If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees paid.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TNEGA.AI SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

7.2. TNEGA.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.3. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, TRUTHFULNESS, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TNEGA.AI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE.

8.2. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF TNEGA.AI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8.3. IN NO EVENT SHALL TNEGA.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tnega.ai, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. You agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tnega.ai regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral.

11.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

11.3. Waiver: No waiver by Tnega.ai of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Tnega.ai to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4. Headings: The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
